ABC's of Subluxation

One often hears chiropractors speak of subluxations. Well, what are they exactly?

Vertebral subluxations are displacements of the spinal vertebrae that can cause stress to both the spinal column and the nervous system. Subluxations can be caused by many factors such as poor sleeping habits, poor posture, injuries, stress and poor diet or even chemical exposure.

Some believe the birthing process itself can be traumatic to the spine and may put into place factors which may take years to surface.
